HPG: 4 other Turkish soldiers killed in Zab

In a statement5 released by Media Office of the Peoples' Defense Forces, the HPG, it revealed:

''operation by the Turkish occupation that were launched on 17 April continue. Our forces afflicted heavy blows against  occupiers.

In the Zab Region which was raided 27 times our forces killed four soldiers of the Turkish occupation and another was injured.

At the early hours of April 17 the Karker field was shelled four times by war planes. And on the same day at 20:40 the area between the Karker filed and the Martyr Joan Hill was shelled and a landing operation was foiled by rapid reaction of our forces.

ON 18 April at 02:30 the Martyr Joan Hill filed was shelled heavily by war planes and helicopters. After shelling occupiers landed on the field and at 03:33 they sought to advance towards Martyr Joan Hill. In an operation by our forces three occupiers were killed.

On 18 April at 06:30 and 07:30 an occupier was killed and another was injured in sniping operation in the area of Karker and Martyr Joan Hill.

On the morning of 18 April the Karker area and the Martyr Joan Hill was shelled 1 times by war planes.

Worth to note Media Office of the HPG announced that 28 soldiers of the Turkish occupation army were killed and 9 others were injured in addition two helicopters were destroyed at the very early hours of the attacks on the medya defense zones.

On this rises to 32 the number of soldiers killed in the attacks carried out.
