​​​​​​​Turkish occupation announces extermination attacks and Guerrilla kills 8 of its soldiers 

Following the visit of Prime Minister of Başûr Kurdistan, Masrour al-Barzani to Turkey on April 15, and his meeting with the president of Turkish occupation state, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and its head of intelligence, Hakan Fidan, Turkish occupation announced at dawn today, launching attacks against Zap, Avashen and Matina in legitimate defense areas of Başûr (south of Kurdistan).

Turkish occupation state launched an intense bombardment with warplanes, drones and helicopters on Zap mountain range, as it tried to carry out an airdrop operation in "Shikfta Brindara" area in Zap, but Guerilla resistance thwarted the operation and killed 8 soldiers of Turkish occupation, according to Roj News Agency.

Turkish occupation army attacks were launched from its bases in areas under the control of Kurdistan Democratic Party in southern Kurdistan.

The agency quoted the Media Center of People's Defense Forces (HPG) as saying that Turkish occupation movements in the area are under the control of Guerilla fighters.

Kurdistan Communities Union's Foreign Relations Committee had announced in a statement on March 26 that Turkish occupation state would launch an attack on southern Kurdistan in cooperation with Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Called on the Parliament of Southern Kurdistan, political parties, civil society organizations, official institutions and citizens to rise up against the occupation plots and awaken KDP, and said: "We inform all of our people and our country about this conspiracy that aims bad things. And also, PDK should not participate in this dirty conspiracy."
