Dozens of members of the Kurdish community gathered in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, to celebrate the birth of leader Abdullah Ocalan, where the celebration hall was decorated with pictures of the leader, flags and Kurdish symbols.

The celebration began with a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, then I read several statements on behalf of the "Democratic Union Party, Conference Star, Democratic Union Party Youth, Newroz Cultural and Social Association, and Jin's Women's Association."  The leader means the birth of freedom for the peoples and components of the Middle East in general and the Kurdish people in particular.

This was followed by the performance of the revolutionary song by the Walati Roji group, which sings the birth of the leader Ocalan, while the Martyr  Rojinda Dance Company performed several Kurdish folklore dances.

The celebration ended with the participants holding dabkeh circles, while chanting slogans calling for the freedom of leader Ocalan.
