The movements of the Iraqi military are intensifying day after day, and the Iraqi Government is pursuing new ways and means to increase pressure on and besiege Shengal. Since about a month ago, the Iraqi army has been trying to put wire around and surround Shengal, especially from the border with North eastern Syria.

According to Roj News, the Iraqi army also places thorny lines 5 km away from the wall.

According to the scheme, the wires will be laid from the Medban line to the village of Bir Kassem in the district of Snouni.

10 new military headquarters
