Guerilla TV published footage of a qualitative operation, carried out by Free Women's Units - Star (YJA Star) targeting a military convoy of Turkish occupation army in Jolamrg, killing 6 soldiers and wounding 10 others.

Media Center of People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement regarding the specific operation within the framework of "Revolutionary Hawks of Zagros" campaign, which reads:

"Our fighters, in the ranks of Free Women's Units - YJA Star, carried out a qualitative operation at 11:30 on July 27 against a military convoy belonging to Turkish occupation army after following its movements between the villages of Banah and Kamal Jer, while the convoy was heading from Kafr district to Warghnma police station, and the successful operation carried out by Guerilla fighters resulted in the complete destruction of a military vehicle, killing 6 Turkish occupation soldiers and wounding 10 others.

After the operation, Turkish occupation army closed the traffic on the Kafr, Shamzenan, and Kamal Jer roads for a long time, and retrieved the bodies of its soldiers and the wreckage of its vehicles from the area."
