​​​​​​​Habib: Attack on al-Sina’a prison is planned by interfering super power states 

Commenting on recent events in al-Hasakah from attacks by ISIS mercenary cells on the al-Sina’a prison in the Geweran neighbourhood of al-Hasakah, and the attempted smuggling of detainees, ANHA’s agency met with the co-chair of the Legislative Council of Jazira, Hakmat al - Habib.

Habib touched upon during his speech about the ganger of ISIS that seek to destabilize the security and stability of the region, saying” ISIS gangs pose great danger on the region that could led the destabilization the region, ISIS danger still remain, ISIS had defeated militarily and launch its attacks via sleeper cells with supporting of neighbouring countries, particularly Turkey, but ISIS ideology still remain in many areas that pose great danger and threaten the security and stability the region not only the NE, Syria, but also in the Middle East in full.”

Adding” what has happened in al-Sina’a prison in Geweran neighbourhood in Hasakah City, stressing the attack is planned, saying” It’s not easy to launch like this attack, it was organized by interfering super power states, we noticed that in the previous years, in which Turkey opened its border to enter ISIS’ elements and support them directly, when Turkey lost its ally the terrorist organization in Syria, interfered directly and occupied large parts of Syrian territories, seeking by recent war with using UAVs of targeting prominent figures, and it tended to create chaos and strike the stability of the region through its clear and explicit support for this organized attack, and there are hidden hands and all indications confirm that the main player for organizing and supporting this attack is Turkey.       

There is a procrastination by the international community not to establish an international court.

He drew attention to the concerns of the international community about the establishment of an international tribunal, stressing that it was dealing with Turkey in a shy and complementary manner: "The responsibility of the international community is great, and there must be justice in dealing with this issue, and the first thing it has to do is to establish a court to try these terrorists. However, international interests are above all consideration among these States, as evidenced by the fact that when these present mercenaries are tried; They will acknowledge the support of Turkey and other States for them, and on this basis we note that there has been a procrastination by the international community in the non-establishment of a just court, in addition to the fact that many mercenaries in these prisons are the responsibility of their States.

Referring to Turkey's embrace of mercenary groups, Habib said: "The areas occupied by Turkey, Tel-Abyed and Ras al-Ain and many other areas occupied by Turkey, ruled by the National Army and, indeed; It's a national army with only the title, but it's really a new form of ISIS, and it supports the sleeping ISIS regions and cells, and on this basis the international community must take responsibility for it and act to charge Turkey, end its embrace of these groups.”

Adding: "There is evidence that Turkey is involved in supporting terrorism and restoring confusion to the region in order to occupy other areas under flimsy arguments, and on this basis the international community must have a clear and frank attitude towards them; Because it plays a role and serves as a safe haven for these groups, supporting the sleeper cells of ISIS in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.”

Al-Habib continued, "The region has gone through several stages and faced many challenges, whether from direct war, private war, bombings and drones, or economic war through the siege imposed on the region. Damascus Government bears a great responsibility through private war and creating confusion, with malicious rumors through its media outlets that this is a scenario and a media fabrication, and our people delusion of this, using special means of war, our people are facing great challenges, so the people of the region are required not to be dragged behind this and protect these gains.

Al Habib addressed the people of NE Syria: "We will transcend this ordeal as we have gone previously, responsibility is the responsibility of all to preserve the achievements made by the blood of our martyrs. We have a democratic project for all Syrians that we will work towards in the next phase, and we urge the international community and the active States to put an end to Turkey and to support and embrace terrorist groups. "

The co-chair of the Legislative Council of Jazir concluded by saying: "Our confidence in the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Internal Security Forces is great, our people and our citizens are aware of the dangers surrounding this region, and they must be of the highest awareness to overcome these crises."
