Jurist calls on world Lawyers to prosecute Turkey on Ocalan isolation

Jurist and deputy in the Tabqa Judicial Council Shadi Ibrahim said that life imprisonment according to all laws do not exceed 20 years while leader Ocalan has surpassed this period in prison  amid a tightened isolation imposed by the Turkish authorities in the Imrali Island Prison without any regard to his rights as a political detainees that encroach upon his right to walk inside the jail, exposure to sun and meeting his family and lawyers.

Ibrahim stressed that continuation by Turkey of its arbitrary policies against opinion detainees of whom leader Ocalan is a proof of intransigence and fascism, adding that Turkey is perturbed to release leader Oclana from prison for it knows well that his ideas and philosophy overcame capitalism and fascism even though leader is in jail.

Ibrahim said that leader has a free thought that calls for getting rid of capitalism and fascism and the world at large knows that the leader has solution to all existing problems in the Middle East in general and the Syrian crisis in particular the matter that perturbs all capitalist and fascist powers for this they want isolation continue.

Ibrahim called on all free thinking people and lawyer all over the world to file a case against the Turkish state for its encroachments upon criminal laws and international laws.

Ibrahim called as well on all international associations to put pressure on Turkey to free leader Ocalan.

According to Mesopotamia Agency, the Asir Office lawyers filed a demand to the Turkish Public Prosecution in the city of Bursa on 22 November to get acces to leader and other political detainees: Umar Hayri Kunar, Hamili Yildrim and Weysi Aktash. Lawres called for personal meetings with leader and other detainees to put an end to suspicions and concerns on the health of their clients adding that since 8 months they received no information on Leader Ocalan and do not have anything on his conditions or all corona virus taken measures.
