 The Russian silence regarding the continuous Turkish attacks on several areas in northern and eastern Syria is still the master of the situation, which has angered the people of the region.

 Russia is one of the guarantor parties that signed an agreement with the Turkish occupation army for a ceasefire in the region, but although its forces are deployed in the rest of the region, it is not carrying out its tasks to compel the Turkish occupation to stop the attacks on the region.

 In addition, political parties and the people of Amuda district organized a sit-in in front of the Russian headquarters, "the guarantor of the agreements", and called on them to break their silence.

 The protesters carried banners that read, "Targeting the leaders of the Syrian Democratic Forces undermines stability in the region," and "The Syrian Democratic Forces are a Syrian national force whose goal is the territorial integrity of Syria."

 During the sit-in, the demonstrators demanded that Russia, as a guarantor of the ceasefire in the regions of northern and eastern Syria, not remain silent about the crimes and repeated Turkish attacks on the region.

 The demonstrators also held Russia responsible for Turkish violations and attacks targeting the entire region, stressing that the Turkish occupation state is trying to create a new war in the region.
