AA representatives meet with tribal dignitaries and intellectuals

Representatives of the Autonomous Administration (AA) in the Euphrates region held a meeting with intellectuals and clan notables in Kobane city with the aim of listening to their requirements and demands of the people in the region, and finding appropriate solutions to the obstacles facing the region.

In the presence of dozens of intellectuals and clan notables, the Executive Council in the Euphrates region held an expanded meeting in Bozan Mukhtar guesthouse in Kobane city within a series of meetings launched by the Council in the region in order to listen to the people's demands and find solutions to them.

The meeting began with a minute of silence in remembrance of the martyrs, after which Vice Co-chair of the Executive Council in the Euphrates region, Nihad Ahmed, discussed with the attendees the situation in the region, the requirements they need, and the obstacles facing them.

In his discussion with the audience, Nihad Ahmed pointed out that "what the region is going through is the result of external interventions through their informants, and what happened in Manbij city recently, the Syrian regime and the Turkish occupation state had a hand in, and they tried to ignite strife among the components of the region, but we overcame it with our people's wisdom and solidarity."

Nihad Ahmed added, "There are great efforts to open Tal Kocher crossing, but these attempts always collide with the interests of some countries that are not satisfied with security and safety in our areas."

The situation in the region, specifically the economic situation was discussed, especially after more than 10 years have passed since the start of the Syrian crisis.

At the end of the meeting, everyone pledged to work together to stand up to the obstacles facing the people and the Autonomous Administration.
