Juristic: Başûr people must revolt to get rid of occupation and its plans

Jurist Khaled Jabr explained that the Turkish occupation state is a state that violates international covenants and laws, stressing the need for the Kurdish people to unite their ranks more than ever and rise up in the face of the occupation to get rid of the occupation's demagoguery and despicable plans.

At a time when the Kurdish issue is reaching historic levels amid rapid developments in the region, the Turkish occupation resorts to launching its repeated brutal attacks on the mountains of Kurdistan with the aim of thwarting rapprochement, the Kurdish house's unification in addition to eliminating the democratic project, taking advantage of the international community's silence, especially the silence of the government of Başûr Kurdistan.

Jurist in Hasakah Canton Council, Khaled Jabr, stated in an interview that ANHA agency held with him that the Turkish occupation state is a rogue state against the international community, and violates international covenants, and always violates the sovereignty of states and international laws established in 1949.

Occupation resorts to igniting strife

Jabr noted during his speech that after the failure of all the plans of the Turkish occupation state, whether on Rojava or Başûr Kurdistan, it resorted to using its abhorrent plans to create sedition, and said, "The Turkish occupation state always has plans stemming from historical hatred towards the Kurdish people in all parts of Kurdistan, and it has never been a friend of any party, but its goal is to create sedition, which it considers the only fuel for its continuity and survival."

Jabr stressed the need for Kurdish unity, and said: "Today, we need more than ever to unite ranks, and we have to fulfill the aspirations of future generations and not betray them."

International silence is a helping hand to the occupation

Jabr rejected the Kurdish-Kurdish fighting, saying: "We will hold any party responsible for the Kurdish-Kurdish fighting and sedition, and all Kurdish political parties and Kurdish intellectuals in all parts of Kurdistan should take steps towards the Kurdish unity to thwart the occupation's plans and prevent seditions created by the Kurdish people's enemies. We should be up to the responsibility, and the government of Başûr Kurdistan should not be a card in the hands of the Turkish occupation in its attacks on Kurdistan lands, taking advantage of its silence."

Jabr added, "The Turkish occupation has violated the sovereignty of neighboring countries through its attacks on them amid the terrible silence of the international community, so the international community must bear its responsibility towards what the occupying country is doing. When we see the international silence about the Turkish attacks, this indicates that they are extending a helping hand to the occupation in order to increase its violations against the peoples of the region, who live on their safe land."

The uprising of peoples is the only way to salvation

At the end of his speech, Jabr appealed "the people and intellectuals of Başûr Kurdistan to rise up in the face of the Turkish occupation and its violations because the uprising is the only way to save the Kurdish people from the barbarism of the Turkish occupation."
