Abdul Kareem Umar: PDK receives our people killers and detain our representatives

in line with the popular Dignity March against Occupation and Betrayal organized ib the Jazira Canton on June 10^th, PDK detained representatives of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria in Hewler Jihad Hesen and two members of the Union Democratic Party in Hewler Mustafa Xaleel and Mustafa Aziz as they were heading to the Erbil International Airport to welcome some guests coming from abroad.

Co-chair of the Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Abdul Kareem Umar, indicated that '' the Kurdish people played a major role in putting an end to the ISIS mercenaries in the region in the last ten years, we, in fellowship with other components created the AANES, a new system that established relations between all people closely giving protection to religious beliefs laying stress on the role of community '' this achievement is made by all peoples in North eastern Syria and Kurds''.

Umar noted that they we all hope that the KRG and the PDK were going to give them support in this critical phase in which the Kurdish people is open to a campaign that that poses threats to the gains made by the Kurdish people. Afrin, Gire Spi and Sere Kaniye and the demographic change operations undertaken by the Turkish state up to the operations in Southern Kurdistan. Stressing that the aggression on Southern Kurdistan are aimed at occupation and not a military operation rejecting the idea that the operation is against the Kurdistan Workers' Party '' Turkey since the Lausanne Treaty 1923 targets the Kurdish people the Turkish regime is a fascist one and establishes itself on exterminating Kurds''. 

Umar noted that the Turkish state was opposed to the 2017 Referendum in Southern Kurdistan more than the government in Baghdad, indecent statements were made by the AKP against Masud Barzani then President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, what I want to say is that ''Erdogan spares neither gain made by a Kurd, for this the Kurdish people ought to unite in this critical phase''.    

Umar noted that gains made in Southern Kurdistan are for peoples '' if Turkey meets success in Southern Kurdistan then grave dangers are going to be posed to the whole region''.

Umar stressed on the need from the part of the KRG and PDK to cooperate with the AANES politically and diplomatically, to drive the deliberations of the intra-Kurdish dialogue to the shore of success, unfortunately, our representatives and PYD's are being detained  by the party, though their presence there is legal and they have done nothing illegal''.

Umar said that their representatives went to Erbil Airport to welcome some guests and they were detained, and that all political parties, civil society associations and people in Southern Kurdistan all pressurized PDK to set them free, adding that the KRG is a legitimate and an internationally recognized government on this it ought to give support to Kurds in the whole Kurdistan, '' KRG and more specifically PDK ought to know well that our destiny is interrelated and so our existence and demise, it is one''. 

Umar said that Nasr Hariri and all representatives of the Syrian National Coalition the political umbrella of the mercenary groups backed by the Turkish occupation state that commit crimes on daily bases in Afrin , Gire Spi and Sere Kaniye that justify occupation by Turkey of these areas  they were welcomed in Southern Kurdistan as high profile guests while our's are detained, this is sorrowful, our Kurdish people do not accept this''. 

Umar went on to say that the Kurds have got a chance that does not occur on an everyday bases, for the great role played in putting an end to ISIS in Rojava Kurdistan as well as in Shengal and Southern Kurdistan hailing the role played by the HPG forces bringing into attention that Masud Barzani once paid a visit to a forces on the frontlines paying tribuytes to the sacrifices made by HPG.
