The statement condemned "the Turkish occupation's plunder of the Syrian people's resources by reducing Syria's share of the Euphrates River, which is a common right for Syria, Iraq and Turkey according to international treaties, and no country has the right to control this river alone," calling on the international community to put an end to the arrogance of the occupation.

At the conclusion of its statement, the Future Syria Party Youth Council called on the youth at home and abroad to "organize themselves, participate in building a Syria that includes all Syrians and be the first vanguard in building our beloved homeland Syria."
