The statement was delivered in front of the Executive Council's building in Kobane city, with the participation of dozens of members and administrators of the Autonomous Administration institutions in the Euphrates region.

The statement was read in Kurdish by Nesrin Kanaan, Co-chair of the Energy Office in the Euphrates region, and in Arabic by Co-chair of the Social Affairs Commission Suleiman Kaishish.

The text of the statement included:

"The Turkish occupation state continues to violate international law in its blatant attack on the legitimate defense zones of Kurds, as it tries by various means to eliminate any Kurdish project that might give Kurds opportunity to live in peace and freedom, using all available weapons; traditional and even internationally prohibited ones."

The statement indicated that Turkey is using its local arms (PDK) to ignite Kurds against each other, thus achieving the Turkish state's interest in eliminating the Kurdish dream, and that PDK's interest is to remain on the throne of power in Başûr Kurdistan to continue the policy of restricting the Guerrilla Forces."

The statement added, "What happened on June 5th, 2021 in Metina Mounts and the farce in which mercenaries from /PDK/ are participating, where Turkish aircrafts killed those five, so that PDK media came out and framed the Guerilla Forces in order to pave the ground for the Kurdish-Kurdish fighting, is a systematic Turkish project."

The statement denounced the Turkish attacks on Başûr Kurdistan, saying, "We, in the Autonomous Administration of the Euphrates region, condemn and denounce in the strongest terms this blatant attack by the Turkish occupation state, and we regret what PDK is doing of blatant assistance to the Turkish occupation to penetrate into the Kurdistan land and tighten the noose on Guerilla Forces."

The statement also appealed to political parties, civil society institutions and national figures to stand against this conspiracy that is targeting the Kurdish existence and the security and stability of Başûr Kurdistan, for fear of being drawn into paths with ominous consequences, amid hopes that Başûr Kurdistan people will carry out their historic duty and preserve Kurdish blood and existence.
