Academician: Democratic nation project is solution to Middle East crises

Mahmoud Bakro, Administrator at the Martyr Ismail Academy in Manbij confirmed that the crises of the Middle East are escalating as a result of the struggle and dominance of capitalist regimes and forces, and that the democratic nation project proposed by leader Abdullah Ocalan is the solution to these crises.

Crises are escalating in the Middle East, and the entire region is witnessing chaos as a result of the struggle over goods and wealth, amid the central and capitalist regimes committing the most heinous crimes against peoples and imposing policies that ensure their remaining in power.

Leader Abdullah Ocalan presented the democratic nation project to develop solutions to the crises of the Middle East, which are summarized in the consolidation of coexistence foundations, peoples' fraternity and gender equality, relying on self-power and decentralization in administration.

The democratic nation project is the only way to survive

Mahmoud Bakro, Administrator at the Martyr Ismail Academy in Manbij city says that "what made the ruling and tyrannical forces turn their attention for decades to the Middle East is the exploitation of their peoples, the imposition of slavery on them, in addition to the exploitation of their wealth and control over them in a way that serves the interests of these forces."

Mahamoud Bakro continued, "Leader Abdullah Ocalan has his opinion on resolving these issues and getting rid of the domination of the ruling forces by proposing the democratic nation's project based on peoples' brotherhood and coexistence among components, races and beliefs in the Middle East, and breaking the restrictions of slavery imposed by capitalism."

A democratic model that represents all components

Mahmoud Bakro indicated that the solution to the crises experienced by the Middle East is the Autonomous Administration and the democratic nation project proposed not only for the peoples of north and east Syria, but for all peoples of different origins and ethnicities in the Middle East, as it contributes to offering solutions to all outstanding problems, and the Autonomous Administration followed in the areas of north and east Syria is a new model that represents a state of democracy.

Mahmoud Bakro pointed out that the democratic nation project gave women an effective role within the society in which they were marginalized through societal restrictions and tribal customs and traditions.

Bakro stressed that "the freedom of society lies in the freedom of women, and in order to reach a solution to this issue, we must reach a state of partnership and co-existence to create a free society."

The Turkish state is part of the crisis in the Middle East

Some countries claim that they are working to solve the crises of the Middle East, but they are mainly part of the crisis and not a party to its solution. Among these countries is the Turkish state which is constantly working to deepen crises and obstruct the solutions suggested, and is trying before the eyes of the world to eliminate the project that helps in solving the crisis which is the project of the democratic nation put forward by Leader Abdullah Ocalan.

He added, "One of the thorniest issues in the Middle East is the renewed Ottoman issue in the character of the Turkish state at present. The former Ottoman Empire played on sects and religion, and we see that the one that harmed Islam the most at the present time is the Turkish government itself."
