The Sheikh of Al-Ali clan in Raqqa, Ramadan Al-Rahal said during an interview with ANHA agency: "AANES is the best solution to the Syrian crisis, and has played a major role in preserving the gains made by the Syrian Democratic Forces, which were formed by all Arab, Kurdish and other components in northern and eastern Syria."

He said: "The Autonomous Administration has achieved significant social cohesion, through the participation of the people, clans and components of the region in the management of the region and the formation of all service, security and military institutions."

He added: "AANES areas are home to approximately 6 million people, all of whom possess the Syrian identity. All of them demand recognition of this administration, which has become representative of all components and clans of the region.

He noted: "The abolition of the Autonomous Administration of the 119 decision to raise the price of fuel in AA areas, at the request of the people of the region, is the greatest evidence of the democracy and freedom enjoyed by the people of the region under AA."
