Kongra Star recalls International Workers' Day

Marking the May Day a statement was released by the Kongra Star Coordination reads :

'' May Day reveals the role and importance of the toiling workers fighting for society, as they are principal pillars in society, and contribute via the efforts exerted in development.

We recall the all sacrifices made on this hard traced march most notably martyrs and leader of the people that spares no work and contribution even in the most difficult times, and we stress that May 1^st embodies persistence and perseverance with work and fighting to attain the sought goals representing sublime human values.  

We lay a special stress on the efforts and fight made by the toiling women in North Eastern Syria in all arenas, militarily, culturally, politically and the media against terror to build an ethical and free society.

We hope that May Day this year be a one to liberate from all breaches inflicted on all our people and to get rid of the authoritarian mentality and a day for an overall fight to build a free, plural and a decentralized Syria in which all are equal to the law. 

At the end, we congratulate all toilers and workers on this great day, stressing time and again that the Rojava Revolution represents all deprived and wronged peoples all over the world, and that it shares the free world to get  democracy, giving allegiance to proceed the way against all types of exploitation to build a society in which all residents are equal, that is the aim sought by toilers''.
