Barakat: Negotiations not bear fruit yet, NDF's mercenaries must be removed to solve problem

The attacks of the so-called "NDF" mercenaries continue for the fifth day. The strategic solution to this problem is to completely end the presence of these mercenaries in Qamishlo. The duty of defense is of the internal security forces in northeast Syria.

Barakat stated that the Damascus government and all its allies were seeking to expand the scope of the clashes to include the entire region, and continued by saying: “They had attempts to stir up discord.
