In this issue ANHA met some Salem Mohamed and Hawas Der Jasem both tribal notables from Khelf and Mersumi clans of Baghouz in eastern Deir Ezzor.

Khelef's in Baghouz in eastern Deir Ezzor Salem Mohamed told ANHA:'' we call for a plural and decentralized government after the crisis that is being sweeping the country for about ten years replete with suffering destruction and murder'', clarifying that a ''decentralized regime respect all opinions''.

Salem noted that the '' freedom, equality and democracy sought by the people is being materialized under the AANES, after half of the population was displaced after given deaf ears by the Syrian Regime'', indicating that the ''Syrian Regime is a repressive one ruled Syria with a grip of iron'', adding after taking power marginalized the majority of Syrian components and arrested those opposed it, we all reject this dire experiment that lasted for 50 years'', confirming '' all the slogans it promoted were for false in utter contradiction to unity, freedom and socialism the called for''.  

Salem rejected all calls for elections by this regime to be rehabilitated after half of the population was deported by this regime for power''.

Salem concluded that the best solution to governance in Syria is a decentralized one''. 

From his part, Hawas Der Jasem one of the Mersumi's in Baghouz said '' we, the Syrian people, for a very long period of time aspire to a plural and decentralized Syria''.

Hawas noted that crises in Syria all accumulated due to authoritarian regimes ruled the country though the country sacrificed dearly to get independence and freedom of both land and people.  

Hawas indicated that many great powers are involved in the Syrian Crisis all for their interests that do not want the Syrian people to unify''. 

Hawas concluded '' we want a plural and a decentralized Syria to keep it unified as it was thousands of years ago''.
