The meeting was held in the village of Horan, 20 km west of Ain Issa district, and was attended by dozens of sheikhs and notables of the Al-Fadaan clans, as well as the joint head of the Relations Office of the Democratic Union Party in the Tal Abyad district, Mustafa Muslim, the joint head of the Tal Abyad district, Hamid Al-Abd, and the co-chair For the Military Council of Tal Abyad district, Riad Khalaf.

The meeting began with a speech by the co-chair of the relations office of the Democratic Union Party for the Girê Spi district, Mustafa Muslim, in which he said: "There are many things that must be stopped, especially the attacks on the region."

He added: "Perhaps we will not be able to avoid all problems, but after listening to you we can find a solution, and as you know 10 years and the region is going through a political crisis amid people's suffering. All presidents live separately from the reality of their countries and their people, and the situation." It is based on the blood in the Middle East for hundreds of years. "

Mustafa Muslim pointed out that "in 2004, leader Ocalan said that there are upcoming popular revolutions, before 2010 the Arab Spring took place to become a revolution for all the peoples of the region," stressing that the revolution in northeast Syria achieved many achievements thanks to the solidarity of its peoples on the approach of the democratic nation and the brotherhood of peoples.

Muslim concluded his speech, calling on the attendees to join hands and said: "Because those who entered from outside and trained on foreign hands committed massacres here against the people and those who were brought in by several countries, including the Turkish occupation state, because it is hostile to the project of the brotherhood of peoples."

Then he opened the space for the attendees to discuss the developments taking place in the region in general and Ain Issa in particular. All attendees, including heads and elders of the tribes, stressed the need to stand together and stand in the face of the attacks on the region.

In this context and on the sidelines of the meeting, the official spokesperson for the Shura Council of the Al-Fadaan tribe, Taysir Al-Shafat, said in a statement to our agency that “This meeting is in the region’s interests and for the sake of the brotherhood of the peoples, and we are here to coordinate with the administration in the region. We don’t accept attacks from Turkey or any other country on our region. "
