An element of the National Defence Forces of the Syrian Government Forces unveiled that reality of IEDs in the city of Hasaka discoursing on all details and individuals involved in as the aim is to ''destabilize the region''.

Many cities in the Jazira Region in North Eastern Syria witnessed explosions via sound bombs and IEDs most notably in Hasaka and Qamishlo that remained unsolved. 

A member to this involved groups was captured in the aftermath of one of these operations, revealed the body responsible for carrying out such attacks in the city of Hasaka.

Mohamed al-Ubaid nicknamed as Uwaila, born in the village of Sebi' Sikur in 1977, father of seven children, was in charge of a group of the National Defence Forces, that joined the group in 2013, was arrested in Hasaka on February 15th, 2021.

The forces worked as a façade force for the Syrian Government Forces in committing crimes and carrying out lootings against Syrians whose affiliates receive 40-80 Syrian Pounds per month, and receive orders directly from security branches and tasked with striking at stability in the region. 

According to Uwaila, the group that carries out such explosions and implants the IEDs in the city of Hasaka is affiliated to the National Defence Forces and directly linked to the in charge of the group in Hasaka, Abdul Qader Hemo.

The group., according to Uwaila, is composed of four persons, one conveys the instructions given, one makes mines and IEDs, and executioners. 

'' instructions to target any point in Hasaka are given by Hemo, via his aide Mejd Sleiman Ilewi Abu Ja'fer in charge of conveying instructions given by Hemo to decide the point that is the target'', Uweila confirmed.

Uweila continued to say '' in charge of planting mines and IEDs and arms maintenance is Abd al-Ilah Fereg al-Yehiya, known as Abu Yehiya, from the Syrian city of Hama, that was introduced to Hasaka via Hemo in 2014, in resides in the Security Square in the city and uses his house as a factory for IEDs and mines''. 

Uweila noted that ''those carry out the operations and implant IEDs in Hasaka are Ahmed Esriye and Aiman al-Sharabi''.

''I was witness when instructions were given and planning made to carry out the two operations in Hasaka, the first in the Neshwa Quarter that was via an IED planted on the public road by Aiman al-Sharabi, and the second was to blow up an YPG car in the Nasra Quarter via Ahmed Esriye'', he said.

Late January, two explosions took place in both Neshaw and Nasra of Hasaka via IEDs, one target a military car whose damages were only material the body responsible remained obscure.

From time to time, the National Defence Forces internationally attempt to strike at the stability in the region, more specifically in both Hasaka and Qamisglo cities, either via arresting civilians, targeting Internal Security Forces of the AANES checkpoints, that last of which was on 31ST January 2021.
