2 children's celebrations on Newroz occasion

In al-Shahba canton and Tel Hamis district in Qamishlo canton, two events were organized on the occasion of Newroz 2021, as part of the celebration activities on the occasion of Newroz approaching.

Events and activities continue on the occasion of Newroz 2021 in the areas of north-east Syria, and in this context, the Golden Crescent Movement, in coordination with the Culture and Art Movement in Afrin Region, organized an artistic ceremony for the children of Afrin and al-Shahba cantons, and 20 art works were presented during the ceremony, which included songs, plays, folkloric dances, and witchcrafts.

The ceremony included two speeches on behalf of the Golden Crescent Movement, given by the Member Sherin Rashid, and a word on behalf of the Culture and Art Movement, delivered by the Co-chair, Romat Beko, in which they blessed Newroz 2021 to all children, and wished to celebrate Newroz next year in Afrin.

The two words thanked all those who participated in organizing the event.

Then the artistic groups began to present their performances amid children's interaction with them.

The celebration ended with holding Dabkeh circles.

QAMISHLO

In the Cultural Center in Tel Hamis district, a party was organized for children of Tel Hamis and Tel Brak districts on the occasion of the arrival of Newroz 2021, and the ceremony included many entertainment, artistic and musical performances.

During the ceremony, the Member of the Cultural Center in Tel Hamis, Hadeel Al-Abdullah, delivered a speech in which she congratulated children, the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and the martyrs' families on Newroz 2021, and wished that peace would prevail in all parts of the world.

Then the artistic groups began presenting their performances, which included plays, folkloric dances, and songs.

The children interacted with them greatly.

Furthermore, the ceremony ended with the holding of Dabkeh circles, to the beat of folkloric songs.
