PYD calls on Kurdish people to mobilize until Ocalan's status is known

"The news about the health status of the leader Abdullah Ocalan has aroused great indignation among our people, and the statements issued so far by the Turkish authorities are not believable, given the fascist policies that the Erdogan and Devlet Bahçeli government adopts towards the leader Apo and the Kurdish people in general.

Therefore, the Turkish authorities must allow the attorneys of the leader Ocalan to go directly to Imrali, to check for themselves of the health status and to know his safety because the freedom and health of leader Ocalan affects all Kurdish people and is considered a red line for our people.

We, as the Democratic Union Party (PYD), call on our people to be in a state of alarm. These practices and the isolation imposed on the leader are targeting the leader Ocalan, the will and dignity of the Kurdish people. We will not rest until the health and safety of the leader Ocalan is confirmed because his case is a national issue.

We also call on SPT to directly send a body to Imrali, and we also call on all friends of the Kurdish people to stand in the face of the annihilation war waged by the Turkish state against the Kurdish people."
