* What are the military and political effects of the victory of the Gara resistance ...?

Next time, if they wanted to do a similar operation like this, they would think not ten times, but forty times before doing it, this victory gave our people immense joy.

The Guerilla forces were according to what our people thought and trusted again, and they proved that the Guerilla will protect this people and this country, whether in Northern or Southern Kurdistan. In fact, the victory of the Gara resistance created a patriotic and national spirit among the people, and it became a victory for all the Kurdish people, and we are among the people and we see that. Clearly, the people of Southern Kurdistan, especially the people of Behdinan, are the most joyful and raised their heads. If the Kurdistan region’s administration allowed this people, mass celebrations would be held in Akrê, Amêdiyê and Sersingê, and this indicates that our people in Southern Kurdistan have reached the conviction that the attacks of the Turkish Occupation targeting all of Kurdistan, the Guerilla resistance is not only for the sake of the PKK, but for the sake of the entire Kurdish people.

Instead of sending forty warplanes, if they had sent four democrats and peace seekers, the prisoner issue would have been easily resolved. "

Many rumors have emerged about the thirteen prisoners. Certainly these prisoners were killed by the Turkish occupation army. Our leadership called on international organizations to go to the place of bombing to search and investigate. It is known that no one believed the claims of the Turkish state, because everyone knows the position of our forces regarding the prisoners of war. Six years ago, if we had any intentions, we would have fulfilled them during those six years. Our attitude towards the prisoners is very clear. They could not have freed these prisoners. If the Turkish state had an intention to liberate them, there was no need to send forty warplanes to Gara. Rather, sending four democrats and peace seekers from Turkey with the families of the prisoners, and it would have been an issue that would be easily resolved.

So far, we have released many prisoners, whether in 2013 or in 2007, the prisoners of the Uramar Resistance. We also released them free of charge and without conditions, and this time they could have been released. The road was open, but the AKP government wanted to liquidate them, this was Its position, this operation was managed by a decision of three people, Hakan Fidan with intelligence information and planning by Hulusi Akar and the implementation decision by Erdogan, these three are responsible for the killing of the thirteen prisoners, and if there was law and justice in Turkey, the families of these prisoners should have opened a case against these officials.

* Before the attack on Gara, the Leadership Committee of the People 's Defense Forces HPG held its regular annual meeting. What is the importance of this meeting, and how can its results be evaluated ...?

We held an expanded and fruitful meeting, which lasted for more than nine days, and a statement was issued about it, and the occupation attacks, the method and techniques of the attack, and the Guerilla resistance were analyzed in 2020, and there were important evaluations on the subject of technology and style, especially the issue of weakness and shortcomings within our front, and the deficiencies that appear. On our part, as it was stopped in earnest, we admit that as a result of some deficiencies there were losses among our ranks, and if there is strong discipline, there will be no losses and the fighters can achieve stronger results, there is a special criticism of the forces of Guerilla Kurdistan, the comrades are very confident This sometimes leads them to see the enemy weak, and this leads to weakness in discipline and safety.

In the meeting, we assessed our war experience during the past 37 years. We have a great experience in war. We know the army that fights us well, and we know our strength as well, and from this aspect, we are confident that this meeting will positively affect the performance of the Guerilla, and the results of our meeting will be implemented. In fact, in the coming years there will be many resistances such as the Gara resistance, there are no problems for our forces in terms of spirit, sacrifice, and courage, and there is also have dignity, there was a lack of discipline and the necessary measures, and we are confident that our meeting will affect the building modern Guerilla, war style and creativity, and Guerilla Kurdistan have demonstrated this in their practical practices in recent years.

Some say that in the era of modern technology (GPS) and coordinates there is no opportunity to resist the Guerilla forces in victory, but the experience of Guerilla Kurdistan proved the opposite. the Turkish media and official see this as victory for them, there is no such thing as Guerilla renews itself according to developments and renewal, this is not a victory for them, on the contrary, this shows the ingenuity and creativity of the Guerilla forces. We found the comrades ’camps and seized their tools, but in fact they are things that have been stored since ancient times in these camps. They found the comrades’ remnants five years ago and claimed that this is a victory for them, and this indicates that our meeting and Gara’s victory showed that the Guerilla renewed itself, changed itself and analyzed the era. After the Gara attack, the status of Southern Kurdistan has become on the agenda. How can you evaluate the position of the people of Southern Kurdistan towards these attacks, and the positions on the political arena ...?

The position of the people of Southern Kurdistan is noble and sacred. Our people in Southern Kurdistan have a high patriotic spirit. The people understood that the PKK is just an argument. If the PKK does not exist, the enemy will create another argument for carrying out the occupation attacks, and they will accuse the Hewler administration of being itself a party. The Kurdish workers PKK, and attacks them accordingly, from this point of view, the people of Southern Kurdistan understood this fact well, and there was a close relationship between Guerilla freedom Kurdistan and the people of Southern Kurdistan.

For the sake of the government of Southern Kurdistan, there are basic things, one of which is that our people and our movement demand a positive and frank attitude, this is what it wishes, and our administration in the Kurdistan Communities Union said clearly and frankly that it respects the government and the Peshmerga forces in Southern Kurdistan, and in this respect our position is clear. The government of Southern Kurdistan must also respect the struggle of the PKK and the people of Northern Kurdistan. We respect the Autonomous Administration and the people of Rojava, and this is a Kurdish function and a national duty that falls on the shoulders of the government of Southern Kurdistan, and secondly, this danger must be seen, that the goal of the Turkish state is also Southern Kurdistan, There is an idea in the Turkish state, which is, they say, because there is an official government in Southern Kurdistan, and there are movements and continuous struggle for the Kurdish people in other parts, they see this as the reason, the main and strategic goal of targeting Gara, Şengal and Khakurk is to occupy Southern Kurdistan, the officials of Southern Kurdistan, especially the party. The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), they say that the people of some villages in some areas cannot safely return to their villages, so if the Turkish occupation army entered these areas, no one will be able to go to Hewler and Dohuk safely. Turkish occupation will not come only for us, it must be understood that it is also coming for them, and they have to express their position on this basis, and this is our movement’s demand from the government of Southern Kurdistan. This threat and danger targets the Kurdish issue in general, and according to what our people and we also understand, that Southern Kurdistan government knows this thing.

* Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar spoke during the NATO meeting, and said that the PKK is the enemy of NATO, and its projects are obstructed. What do you say about this ...?

According to Hulusi Akar, the PKK is the cause of all the evils that occur in the world. According to them, the PKK is Pandora’s Box (Spreading Chaos). The PKK is said to be the cause of the situation in Iraq and Southern Kurdistan. The PKK is the cause of the Syrian crisis, the PKK is The cause of the economic crisis in Turkey, the PKK is the cause of the unrest in Karabakh, as he recently said that the reason for the attack on the US Congress was the PKK, their psyche is very complicated, but the truth is not so, the PKK is not against the interests of any country.

What would have happened had it not been for the PKK ...? Turkey would invade Iran, destabilize the Caucasus, and send ISIS terrorists to Europe every day in order for Europe to surrender and submit to it through their terror, had it not been for the presence of the PKK, Turkey would have shown a more severe reaction against America, and it would have posed a threat to America's interests in the region. But because the PKK exists and is struggling, the Turkish state has fallen into trouble and weakness, and therefore Erdogan cannot do these things now, if Erdogan is calculating America's account, the owe to the PKK's struggle, the PKK struggle forces Erdogan to need America The PKK’s struggle makes Erdogan work as an account for Russia, Iran and other countries. He says to America: “As you would like, we will solve the S-400 system,” and he says to Europe, “Let us eliminate ISIS together.” He tells the Syrian regime, “Then there will be no problems between us.” But these are all lies. If the PKK is eliminated, then this will be The Ottoman- mentality and racist fascism is like a hyena eating at their bodies and will cause chaos and crises in the region and the world’s concerns, and at that time Erdogan will be a scourge on the world like Hitler and a new clash, and because Erdogan cannot harm NATO, America and Russia, that is because the PKK has controlled itself.

America did not lose because of its alliance with the Kurds, but rather benefited from this alliance

We would like to say that, now there is a new administration at the head of its work in America, and their regional policy is not yet fully clear, but they must have a common policy on the Kurdish issue, the United States worked with the Kurds, benefited from it, and did not harm them, the PKK is a force A key leader in Kurdistan and the Middle East, it has pivotal role and influence in the region, the PKK is open to dialogue to serve peace and stability in the region, the policy has not yet produced any results, all the talks in which the PKK has not participated have not and will not produce results.

This call is not only for America, but for all regional and international powers. Dialogue with the PKK is in their interest. You are not obligated to look at the Kurdish issue as Turkey views it, and your view is the same as Erdogan’s view of the PKK. In fact, the time has come, and public opinion also wants This, millions of people in Britain, Italy and everywhere in the world are calling for the liberation of the leader Ocalan, and placing the PKK on the list of terrorism opens the way for Turkey to attack and legitimize its occupation. Work is underway to remove the PKK from the list of terrorism. All European countries are owed to PKK.

* There are some people in Northern and Southern Kurdistan and Rojava, claiming that the presence of the PKK is the reason for the Turkish occupation attacks and the current crisis! How do you assess this issue?

One has to be a little fair; Erdogan threatens morning and evening and says, "I will not allow the Kurds to have a place in the Middle East, and we will target them wherever they are." It is a very clear fact. It is a big mistake to see the PKK as a reason for these occupation attacks, and this vision needs to be corrected. On the contrary, the PKK has so far helped everyone who encountered a problem. It came to the aid of Kobani when Erdogan was saying: “Kobani fell, fall Kobani”. Who went to the aid of our Yazidi people when they were subjected to massacres and genocide at the hands of the terrorist ISIS? Who intercepted the terrorist organization ISIS in Mexmûr

when it was approaching Hewler? Who resisted in Kirkuk? Was not the PKK fighters! Likewise, in Northern Kurdistan, had it not been for the emergence and existence of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), the Kurds would not have had a name today.

Whenever Rojava is exposed to dangers, the PKK will make the greatest sacrifices to support it. Had it not been for the PKK, all of these achievements would not have been achieved in Rojava, and the same thing would have been in Southern Kurdistan. If the PKK were not present, the Turkish occupation state would not have tolerated the administration of the Southern Kurdistan region. Were it not for the presence of the PKK, the Turkish enemy would not have recognized the region of Southern Kurdistan in the first place. Therefore, every Kurd of conscience must realize that all the positive developments that have taken place in the four parts of Kurdistan are thanks to the PKK, and they have to ask themselves all these questions.

* Had it not been for the PKK, what would have happened in Kobani? And what would happen in Sengal as well? What would have happened in the region had it not been for the PKK?

The struggle and resistance of PKK must be appreciated and everyone must be proud to his belong to PKK, their lives, moral concepts, philosophy, heroism and courage are not tainted by any defect, and they do not fall short in any duty. What the Turkish occupation state says, such as “We have no problem with the Kurds, rather our problem is with the PKK” is Turkish propaganda serving the special war, but it has a share of the right, because had it not been for the PKK, there would be no national liberation issue. Kurdistan and everyone should be well aware of this.

* Amidst the important developments in Rojava and the lack of an imminent political solution, while the Astana and Geneva talks have reached a dead end, how do you assess the situation in Rojava and Syria, and the position of the Syrian regime?

The Syrian crisis is still continuing, and the Geneva and Sochi conferences have reached a dead end, and in the current situation it is not possible to develop a political solution. We in the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) have a role and influence in the region, just as the leader Ocalan has influence in the regions of Rojava and Syria in general, On the Kurds and Arabs, we presented our proposal to solve the crisis in Syria and the region in general. We in the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) affirm that the solution lies in Damascus, a political model for a decentralization democratic Syria, which is the solution according to the demographic and political reality of Syria, we are with the territorial integrity. The Syrian, the Kurds in Rojava do not question the unity of the Syrian territories, on the one hand, on the other hand, we do not have a problem with the Syrian flag, but we have a problem about the chauvinistic and anti-democratic Baathist mentality, there is a need for basic democratization of Syria, the problem must be solved on this basis.

The democratic nation project is an equal project for Syria and it is the only solution not only for the Kurds, but for all Syrians. Some Baathist chauvinists believe that recognition of the rights of the Kurds will lead to the division of Syria, and there is some propaganda in their institutions and the media that if we surrender, Syria will eventually split and the future of the Arab people will be in danger.

In fact, the democratization of Syria and acceptance of the Kurdish freedom move is fundamental to the unity of the Syrian territories and the protection of its borders and its future. All Syrian components, including Kurds, Druze, Alawites, and Armenians must live in freedom in order for security and peace to be achieved in Syria.

The freedom of the Kurdish people in Syria and their transformation into a political force does not constitute a threat to the future of Syria, on the contrary, this freedom is a strength for Syria, and the enslavement of the Kurds is a weakness for Syria, we in the PKK believe that and this is our suggestion for all the Syrian components.

It has now become clear that the Turkish state is not only an enemy of the Kurdish people, but an enemy of the Arab and Armenian people as well, and that it is an enemy of all the Syrian components.

This was evident in Nagorno-Karabakh, meaning that Turkey adopts the Ottoman- mentality, and does not accept the idea of ​​the end of the Ottoman Empire after 600 years of its existence. They believe that the Arabs, Kurds, Armenians and all the elements have betrayed this country during the First World War, and they want revenge on everyone, their policies in Libya, Egypt and the Gulf are all based on this approach.

An objective Kurdish and Arab front has been formed against this aggressive and occupational mentality, and those leading this front are the Kurds and the PKK.

As in Rojava, where the Kurds lead the struggle, of course the Arab people and the Arab countries have a position, because they have lived this pain and persecution, so it is necessary for Arab countries to have a courageous position in this regard, the Turkish state wants to consolidate the terror of the 400-year-old Ottoman Empire on the Arab Countries and repeat the massacres committed by this empire.

The governments in the Arab countries must realize that establishing relations with the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) will be effective in this regard, and Arab patriots, among them intellectuals, see this fact as well, so there is sympathy and support for the Kurdish cause and for the leader Ocalan.

They also see now that the Kurds are fighting against this mentality on the front lines, and had it not been for this struggle waged by the Kurdish people, the Turkish state would have occupied all Arab regions long ago.

At this time, a truth emerged, which is the truth of the spirit of struggle that the Guerilla fighters fought in Gara and the victory they achieved, and this was a great joy for all the Kurdish people, and this victory was not easily achieved, but rather was achieved under difficult circumstances, we are facing a fierce enemy that resorts to all methods. And techniques and uses them against our will, but we are pursuing the spirit of Guerrilla resistance in Gara, and this is why this struggle spirit must be the basis for the struggle of our Kurdish people and for all national peoples and yearning for freedom, especially the youth.

Young people should follow this spirit of struggle, the Turkish state created this myth of lies and fear, our youth must break this fear barrier, we must realize that any young man who is arrested means that he is a young man with dignity, and this is why he is attacked, so our youth must adopt the spirit of resistance in Gara, go to the ranks of the struggle for freedom.
