3 deaths, 28 new cases with COVID 19 in NE, Syria

On Tuesday, the Health Body announced that it had recorded 3 deaths and 28 new cases with COVID 19 in northern and eastern Syria.

Dr. Joan Mustafa, the co-chair of the Health Body in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, explained that the deaths were of two men from Tabqa and Qamishlo and a woman from al-Shahba.

Mustafa added that they recorded 28 new cases of coronavirus in northern and eastern Syria, which are 19 males and 9 females, and they are distributed as follows:

Al-Hasakah, 5 cases

Qamishlo 9 cases

Raqqa 4 cases

Deir-ez-Zor, 5 cases

Manbij 3 cases

Tabqa1 case

al-Shahba 1 case

It is noteworthy that the number of coronavirus cases in northern and eastern Syria reached 8,717 with the announcement of these new cases, including 331 deaths, and 1,253 recoveries.
