Sheikh of al-Jawalah praises awareness of clans' notables against sedition

The notable of al-Jawalah clan in north and east Syria, affirmed that attempts to stir up discord in north and east Syria would be failed, praising the awareness of coexisting clans in the area about the goals of those policies, and seeing in dialogue the best way in solving the crisis.

The notable of al-Jawalah clan pointed out to the continuing attempts to create discord by local and external parties in NE, Syria, "attempts to stir up sedition in NE, Syria in particular and Syria in general. These attempts are not new in the region, it considers ongoing attempts to play on tribal chord, sectarian."

'People are aware of what is going on around them.'

In this context, Abdul-Rahman al-Rashid praised the people's awareness and vigilance towards attempts at sedition.

He added, "The period during which the Syrian people have suffered for the past 10 years was sufficient for the Syrian people, and specifically the peoples of NE, Syria, to become aware of what is happening around them."

Al-Rashid also praised the awareness of the tribes of the region, "and was also able to reveal in it the aims of those parties and their interests and what they are aimed at, in addition to the wisdom and intelligence enjoyed by the people of the region and the Sheikhs and notables of its clans."

He stressed the necessity of dialogue in order to solve the Syrian crisis, saying, "In the end, whatever the fighting and wars happen, everyone will return to the dialogue table, so why don't we engage in dialogue before reaching the intra Syrian-Syrian fighting?"

Al-Rashid emphasized that sitting at the dialogue table is the most appropriate, optimal and only solution that will lead to a solution to the decade-long Syrian crisis.

He concluded his speech" calling the people in NE, Syria, especially the tribal sheikhs and notables, "will not be dragged behind the policies aimed at targeting security and stability in the region."
