The " Plan of the Destruction" was approved in October 2014 by the Turkish National Security Committee. The plan came into effect on July 24, 2015 during the attacks; the plan comes originally from the Sri Lankan model.

The Turkish state is tired of the Sri Lankan example to eliminate Tamil militants. Meanwhile, international public opinion remained silent, and the Turkish state placed great hopes on the plan. However, the plan was exposed, even partially, to the international public opinion. The Turkish state, instead of the Sri Lankan model, called the "Plan of Destruction" on its model.

There are commonalities between the Turkish and Sri Lankan version of plan. The Erdoan-Bahceli Coalition has been preparing for war since 2014-2015. When conditions tighten, Erdogan's regime claims that it has no problem with the Kurds, but rather it fights terrorism. This is what also goes on in Sri Lanka. Of course, no one believes this. Today, there is no Kurdish affiliated force in Afrin, yet the Turkish state does not allow its people to return to it. The same could be said for Girê Spî and Serêkaniyê. Where strangers are settled in the natives' houses.

The Turkish state did the same thing in Sur, Nusaybin and Cezir. It destroyed many neighborhoods and prevented people from return to it. Within the plan, threats against Rojava regions also continue. Currently Erdogan has been threatening to occupy Şengal as he did in Afrin case, "We can come suddenly, overnight." This is broad headline materializes occupation and destruction. But this became a lyric of a beautiful song, as Erdogan and his entourage repeat it. They used to say: “There will be no stone upon stone, nor head on shoulder,” and took it as their constitution. Everyone who does not succumb to fascism must be liquidated and drowned in blood.

On the third of August 2014, ISIS mercenaries attacked the Şengal region, the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Democratic Party left it in the clutches of ISIS. Unchecked, the organization attacked the Yazidi people, massacred them, kidnapped thousands of women and enslaved them. In such difficult circumstances, the PKK's Guerrilla managed to rescue more than one hundred thousand Yazidis and open a corridor for them to Rojava.

During that period, the PM of Iraq thanked the Guerrilla forces, so did Mr. Masoud Barzani.

All this happened before the world's attention. However, the KDP's officials did not hold accountable its officials for the massacre. The Yazidis returned to Şengal again with the help of the Guerrilla forces. And when they began to train Yazidis to defend themselves, the KDP adapted hostile positions towards the Autonomous Administration. They sent their armored forces, and killed a group of guerrilla forces. but they withdrew their forces again under the public opinion, without giving up their hostile stances.

In order to solve the disputes, very reasonable proposals were directed to the KDP, where it was suggested that the Autonomous Administration Council go into alliance with the Kurdistan Democratic Party's military forces. In this way, Şengal can defend its administration under the roof of the Southern Kurdistan Regional Government. The proposal also included keeping relations with the central government of Iraq with participation of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the rest of the Kurdish parties. However, the KDP did not give up its positions. Before they requested its return to their control. In the end, they concluded an agreement against the Yazidis with the Turkish, Iraqi states and the United States of America.

The agreement aims to eliminate the Izidkhan Administration. The KDP had a lot of toil to make it true, because the Yazidis are vigilant, aware, and resistant. The Yazidis in Iraq do not pose any threat to the KRG. Neither the Iraqi central government has any problems with Şengal nor the current Iraqi constitution opposes the Yezidis ’demands for self-administration. However, the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the Turkish state imposed the matter on Iraq.

Under the agreement, Iraq sent thousands of its soldiers to Şengal. However, Iraq did not want to go to war with the Yazidis. The nation-state legacy was pushing it take such a stance. On the other hand, the agreement provided an opportunity for it to strengthen centralization. But it was not ready to enter into confrontations with the Yezidis. However, the Democratic Party could not afford it. Masrour Barzani went out in front of the media, asking Iraq to implement the agreement, and the exit of the PKK from Şengal.

For five years, the Turkish state has not been able to implement Sri Lanka’s model. It worked to establish dozens of military bases in Southern Kurdistan, and bombed PKK's guerrillas on a daily basis.  The KDP has also mobilized its forces in the PKK controlled areas. It is clear that the Turkish state will not be able to achieve anything without the cooperation of local forces. It also sought to involve the Iraqi government in committing the massacre against the Kurdish people. Al-Kadhemi was invited to Ankara, followed by a visit by Turkey's defense minister, Hulusi Akar to Baghdad. Akar's meetings in Hewler were restricted to everyone.

The KDP has built-up in the Guerrilla areas, and on the borders of Rojava. After these developments, Erdogan began making explicit threats about the attack on Şengal, and said, "We could come overnight, all of sudden.

Şengal is not on the borders of Turkey. Attacks cannot be launched from it. On the contrary, the Turkish state launched successive attacks on it and committed massacres. Iraq has sent thousands of soldiers to Şengal, so how can Turkey, in such circumstances, occupy it? Iraq, too, will not accept it easily. Because Iraq itself is not united. Where there are many parties and circles dissatisfied with the presence of the Turkish state in Southern Kurdistan and Iraq.

How can Turkey move without an agreement with Iraq? The KDP wants to carry out this process. They only seek to end th administration at any cost. The KDP works on separating Southern Kurdistan from Rojava. Otherwise, it should have objected to this. But so far, there is no objection to the matter, even in the media.

The Turkish state will not be able to launch any attack without the consent of Iraq and the KDP, as well as the United States of America. Joe Biden recently assumed his duties. Cavusoglu said that the main issue with US, is the YPG. They prioritized the YPG. They also seek to test Biden's positions. Of course, no one will go to war with Turkey for the sake of the Kurd. Rather, the easiest, experimental and testable subject for them, is the Kurds. Although Erdogan will not attack Şengal himself, he will pressure Iraq to do that, threatening, "If you don't, I will."

Eliminating the Kurdish corridor is a strategic issue for Erdogan. It seeks to eliminate the Kurds from the region, reaching Şengal, Jazira, and even Afrin. It does not want the Kurds on its borders. Its attacks on Haftanin did not yield any results. Where Turkish forces are forced to deploy forces in a very wide area; this creates a big challenge for Turkey. The Guerrilla resist and defend itself, and the war will last longer, Kurdistan is vast and mountainous. Accordingly, the Sri Lanka model that they seek to do, will fail. Therefore, Turkey tries to divide the Kurds by separating their regions from each other. It is clear that they are preparing a major military campaign against the Guerrilla in the spring. Therefore, it first seeks to eliminate Şengal, which is strategically located. Thus, they will have severed the communication link between Rojava and Southern Kurdistan, and besieged the PPK's froces regions.

The Turkish state continues its preparations for war in a continuous and planned manner. And for that, it is now fighting a major psychological war. It has stepped up its diplomatic efforts as well. Carries out air strikes in Rojava and in various regions. The acts of sabotage, murder and crimes have not stopped.

The Turkish state is a machine of killing and destruction for the Kurdish people.it has alos become a great danger to the world as a result of its support to the mercenaries of Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS.

To confront fascist forces like Erdogan, there is no other way but the unity and resistance. Resistance against occupation and genocide is legitimate resistance, and it is one of the most important factors of existence. All forces and parties must choose their approach to confront the plans of the extermination forces.
