One of the dignitaries of the Damalkha clan, Abdul Razzaq Ismail, said that "the strife in the Autonomous Administration areas by external parties, harms society."

Ismail added in an interview with Hawar News Agency after participating in a dialogue seminar organized by the Future Syria Party for the notables and sheikhs of the tribes that “the Autonomous Administration in the regions of northern and eastern Syria, since it was established, has taken care of the affairs of the tribes in the region and made them the nucleus of society. I n fact, the tribal sheikhs are  the safety valve in crises, because they greatly contribute in the civil peace and social cohesion, tribes and tribal sheikhs.

He believed that "those who target the sheikhs of the tribes are targeting the entire community. Those people who came to kill the elders, want to kill the community and sow discord in order to reach a disintegrated society."

Notable of the Arab Damalkha clan, Abd al-Razzaq Ismail, asserted that "the community, notables and members of the tribes must stand against these attacks with all their power because they do not target not only the elders, but rather the whole community."

For his part, the sheikh of the al-Bunni al-Asidi tribe, Muhammad Sadiq al-Asidi, said that they, like the clansmen in Manbij and its countryside, stand united against foreign interference led by the Turkish state, because the sheikhs and elders of the tribes are the true nucleus of the tribal community in Syria.

He continued, saying, "we invite the people of this country abroad to return to their homeland and to support their fellow countrymen."

Al-Osaidi explained that the Turkish state and behind it the colonial powers want to destabilize security and stability in the region by sowing discord and assassinating tribal leaders and elders to create discord among the people of the region.

He stressed that they stand with the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Autonomous Administration in northern and eastern Syria in order to protect the people of this country. “Today, the Turkish state sent Syrians to Libya, Yemen and Azerbaijan, so the Syrian blood became cheap to the Turkish state and leads them as it wishes and sends them to any country to achieve its interests and ambitions.”

At the end of his speech, Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Al-Asidi rejected the assassinations that are taking place against the sheikhs and notables of the tribes, saying that they are "sedition aimed at dismantling society."
