39th joint Russian –Turkish patrol in Darbassiye

The Russian –Turkish patrol that was made up of four Russian armored vehicles and four Turkish Ones, in addition to two Russian helicopters, was commenced from the border Sherik military gap, some 13 km to the west  of the city of Darbassiye, and passed through the villages of: Sherik, Delilk, Qinetra, Qermane, Tal Ghidish, Ghanmamiye, Gir Betli, Tal Teire, Jadida, Tal Kerma Xaset Male, Midwera and Khisefiye in western, southern and eastern rural Darbassiye, after that it returned to the point from which it started, for the Turkish armored vehicles returned into the Turkish territory while the Russian ones headed to the Russian base at the city of Qamishlo. .

This comes in conformity with the Sochi Understandings signed on October 22^nd, 2019, between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish counterpart Receb Tayyip Erdogan, at the Russian city of Sochi.
