Sources from al-Hol camp told our agency that after raiding the fourth section of the camp and after confirming the presence of an ISIS cell member accused of committing murders in the camp, the Internal Security Forces of the camp stated that the element opened fire towards the Internal Security Forces, which led to the outbreak of clashes between the two parties. During that time, a member of the Internal Security Forces died and another was wounded.

The source confirmed that the Security Forces surrounded the mercenary in an attempt to arrest him, but he blew himself up in one of the bathrooms in the camp.

The raid came after the head of the Syrian Council, Hamad Saleh Hadid (Abo Ahmed al-Shamri), was killed on Friday evening with a bullet in the head, and his son Mohamed al-Omar was hit by a bullet in the back, while they were leaving the mosque in the camp, as anonymous people shot him, and as a result, the Internal Security Forces were mobilized to search for the perpetrators in the camp.

It is worth mentioning that there have been many cases of murder and assassination in al-Hol camp during the past few days, and 7 deaths have been recorded in the camp during the past three days only.
