Rallies in some cities of the Jazira Canton were organized by mothers of the Guerrilla fighters and martyrs in conjunction with the annual memory of the martyrdom of the three fighters Sakine Cansiz, Leila Soylemez and Fidan Dogan, in the French capital Paris, in 2013.

In Hasaka, tens of mothers of the Guerrilla fighters and martyrs took part in a rally organized in the center of the Congra Star in the eastern part of the city of Hasaka, in condemnation of policies adopted by the Turkish Occupation State against the Kurdish people.

The statement that was released by mothers of the Guerrilla fighters and martyrs in this regard and was read by member to the Martyr's Families Council, Nejma Sheikho, reads:

''We, as mothers of Guerrilla, condemn and denounce the policy adopted by the Turkish Occupation hostile to the Kurdish people as well as to our sons and martyrs of the Peoples' Defence Forces''.

''by such strikes Turkey tries to eradicate rights of the Kurdish people, this is not new to the fascist Turkish Occupation State, as bids are under way to resuscitate Ottoman plans, as silence being preserved by the Kurdistan Democratic Party regarding Turkey's policies''.

It was adumbrated in the statement that '' complicity by Kurdistan Democratic Party with Turkey never serves the Kurdish people as it would impinge on the gains made by the Kurds in the whole Kurdistan''.

The statement concluded that '' we take the side of our sons in the Peoples' Defence Forces against the occupier that aims to strike at the will of peoples aspirant to freedom''.

In the Qamishlo city, a rally was organized by mothers of martyrs of the Peoples' Protection Units, the YPG, Women's Protection Units, the YPJ,  and Syrian Democratic Forces, the SDF, in addition to members to the Congra Star in the Delil Saroxan Graveyard, in the Maisaloun Quarter in the city, in line with the annual anniversary of the martyrdom of the three fighters Sakine Cansiz, Leila Soylemez and Fidan Dogan, in which a statement was read by member to Congra Star, Manija Haidar, that reads as follows:

''On behalf of the Guerrilla mothers we condemn and denounce the massacre that was perpetrated by the Turkish MIT against the three fighters Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan and Leila Soylemez in the French capital we hold the seventh anniversary of their martyrdom as they were ideals for the emancipated woman''.

''Martyr Sakine was just like a candle in darkness, as she laid the foundation stone for the Kurdistan Workers' Party, and one of the leading women that broke all out-dated customs and norms, and exited women from the world of servitude and suppression to become a striving on all arenas''.

All mothers gave allegiance to '' continue the firm march adopted by the three fighters until goals achieved''.
