Israel has targeted the Syrian territories 39 times, killing about 217 Iranians and its affiliated groups and government forces, in addition to civilians, the largest ever in two years, according to the toll.

According to the Observatory, Israel targeted the Syrian territories with missile or air strikes, which resulted in the injury and destruction of about 135 targets, between buildings, warehouses, headquarters, centers and vehicles, which were distributed as follows:

13 attacks on Deir-ez-Zor, 10 on Damascus and its countryside, 6 on Daraa and Quneitra, 5 on Homs and 3 on Hama, and two on Aleppo.

These Israeli strikes resulted in the killing of 217 people, and were distributed as follows: 4 civilians, including a woman, and the killing of 213 members of the Damascus government forces, the Lebanese Hezbollah, the Iranians and their affiliated groups, distributed as follows: (12) government forces, (30) affiliates Iran has Syrian nationalities, (56) Lebanese Hezbollah and the Popular Mobilization Forces, (94) groups affiliated with Iran of non-Syrian nationalities, and (21) Iranian Revolutionary Guards, according to the Observatory.
