Arab Hesen, Tukhar, Qert Weran, Gir Hok, Sayada, Dendeniye and many other villages adjacent to the frontline are all open to firing by the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups, that pose grave dangers to the lives of people living there.

Bombardment with heavy weapons and mortar missiles comes from bases of the Turkish Occupation Forces in the region such as that of ''Humat al-Krad'' opposite to the village of On al-Dadat in the northern countryside, and that at ''Sheikh Naser'' opposite to the village of Qert Weran in the western countryside, as fate of civilians never minds Turkey, as all means are being used to achieve it's ambitions in Syria. .

Observers in the Syrian issue believe that all this aims at the security and stability that prevail regions of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria contrary to all areas occupied by the Turkish Occupation Forces, as well as bids by the Turkish Occupation Army to displace people from their areas to prepare ground for other attacks to occupy more areas.  .

Mohamed Elush from the village of Arab Hesen that is 20km distance from the city of Manbij, says ''in the late hours of the night the village comes under bombardment, that causes fears and panic, as we are all the targets for the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups'', indicating that they live in dire conditions due to that and that all walls are signaled with signs left by bombardment, assuring that they would fight to the last moment.

Fighter in the Manbij Military Council Hamza Ali Hamza confirmed that civilians are targeted intentionally by the Turkish Occupation Forces that cause damages to civilian properties, saying that '' bullets are being rained on people as they are stationed at their homes''.

Lately the Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenary groups have intensified attacks on different areas in North and East Syria, most notably on Ain Issa, as blatant violation to the concluded ceasefire agreements that between Russia from one hand and the U.S. from another with the Turkish Occupation Forces separately in October 2019.
