Al-Faraj: Arab clans have no alternative to AANES

The head of the Al-Waladah clan, Hamid Al-Faraj, affirmed the Arab clans' support for the Autonomous Administration (AANES) and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the face of the Turkish occupation, and denounced Russia's agreements with the Turkish occupation state "at the expense of the peoples of the region."

The Al-Walidah is the largest of the Syrian clans, and it includes several clans in the region. Its sheikh, Hamed Al-Faraj, confirmed during a special meeting with ANHA agency, that the Arab clans in general and the Al-Walidah in particular, stand in one trench with the SDF in battling the Turkish attack on Ain Issa.

Al-Faraj affirmed that "the clans will not accept an alternative to the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) as the sole and legitimate representative of the peoples of the region, after they liberated the region from the most powerful terrorism in the world, which empowered by the direct logistical and military support of Turkey."

Arab clans stand behind the SDF

The sheikh of the Al-Waldeh revealed the ahead meeting of the clans, the Al-Walidah's various clans, in the presence of delegations from Kobani, Tal Abyad and Qamishlo, in the process of holding an expanded meeting during the next few days, to renew the covenant for the Syrian Democratic Forces, and to emphasize the principle of the democratic nation, decentralization, and brotherhood of peoples.

The Arab clans have no trust in Russia

Al-Faraj said: “We know that the under-the-table agreements between Turkey and Russia, discredits the Russians as a guarantor in the region, since the beginning of the twentieth century. "

Al-Faraj added, "We trust the SDF, the SDC, and the political umbrella in getting the region out of any crisis and any conspiracy against it, and that serves aspirations of the people of the northeast Syria towards the project of the democratic nation and the brotherhood of peoples."

'We will not bargain with the blood of our martyrs'

Al-Faraj denounced the role of Russia's agreements with the Turkish occupier at the expense of the region, stressing: "We will not compromise on our martyrs who we offered in order to liberate the region, and that Turkey's plans will fail in the face of the steadfastness of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the tribesmen in one trench with SDF."

Faraj asked, "Where was Erdogan, when ISIS and other terrorist organizations were occupying the entire border with Turkey? Why did he protect his national security as he claims now in his aggression against the regions of northeast Syria?" The project of the democratic nation and the brotherhood of peoples, the living model of democracy, in contrast to the authoritarian and dictatorial regimes that only take into account the interests of rulers and influential people, especially the Turkey's AKP government.
