In an interview with Hawar News Agency (ANHA) the commander Halab, explained that the Turkish occupation and its paid mercenaries wanted in the recent period to occupy Ain Issa.

He pointed out that Turkey sought to exploit the vacuum that the global arena witnessed after the American elections, targeting the area.

"Our forces responded professionally and tactically to the Turkish, and as a result, the enemy could not take back their bodies, so the Russians mediated in this issue."

The commander indicated that Turkey could not easily occupy the region, because their forces' backbone was young men and women of the area, "and the recent attack proved that the fighters of the SDF are ready and have strong faith."

Russian and government forces did not fire a single shot!

According to the Russian-Turkish understanding in the Russian city of Sochi on October 22, 2019, Russian and government forces were stationed in Ain Issa alongside the SDF forces, and about this, Halab says, "Unfortunately, the Russian and government forces have not fulfilled their duties towards the recent attacks by Turkey, and did not fire any shot, so the Syrian Democratic Forces were the only ones that carried out their duty in a new way in the face of the attacks. "

3 new joint points

The commander in the SDF stated that they have established 3 joint points with the Russian and government forces in Ain Issa, and said that this is not a new agreement, but rather an application of the previous agreement.

In the conclusion of his speech, leader Ziad Halab expressed his confidence that the new year, will be the year of the victory of the revolution and the achievement of great victories and the liberation of Girê Spî (Tal Abyad) and Serêkaniyê (Ras al-Ain) and Afrin, occupied by Turkey.
