Joan added that '' terrorist factions and the ISIS mercenaries were eager to enter the town as a strategic one in the Jazira Region but all their efforts were foiled, so they recoursed to the bombings to frighten people''.

Joan noted that after occupation of Sere Kaniye by Turkish Occupation Forces and the affiliated mercenaries, the Tal Tamr region became close to thhe frontline, that is just 5 km distance from mercenaries, adding :'' as Turkish Forces and the affiliated mercenaries entered the city of Sere Kaniye, they set on committing all kinds of massacres and crimes against the people in the region, and presence by Turkish Occupation Forces close to the outskirts of the region causes fears of new crimes and massacres''.

Joan said :''people of the region know very well the Turkish Forces and  history adduces to that and that it's presence close to the area poses tensions, fears and threats'', Ayub went on to say that :'' from onset of the of the Syrian Revolution, the Turkish State interfered in Syrian and took side of the extremist factions and with the passage of time, their names changed according to the requirements of the war, from the Syrian Free Army to the al-Nusra Front, then ISIS and up to now the Syrian National Army''.

Every occupation force is famous for some types of means, ISIS was adopting the decapitation ideology, as to Turkey, the idea is different, it clings to a different policy (raping women, abduction, and countless breaches)''.

At the end of his speech, co-chair of the Tal Tamr Council, Joan Mela Ayub, stressed that '' after five years of the massacre by the ISIS mercenaries, against people of the region, we are still obsessed with repetition of such crimes and more savagely, for Turkey that was supporting ISIS formerly is close to the region and it's people, and it has many sleeper cells that are sponsored by Turkey and committing massacres are never ruled out.
