Mobilization of Iraqi Forces condemned in Tal Hamis

Tens of people in the district of Tal Hamis of the Qamishlo Canton, participated in a massive demonstration in the Tal Hamis District, in condemnation of the late agreement concluded between the Iraqi Federal Government and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the PDK, and the mobilization of forces by the Iraqi Government towards Shengal.

Participants in the demonstration called for the will of the people of Shengal to be taken into account, who liberated Shengal from the ISIS mercenaries after forces of both the Federal Government and the PDK withdrew from the region leaving the people to their fate by ISIS savagery.

Nira Hamko, an administrator in the Star Congress, or Congreya Star, delivered a speech in which she said that both the Federal Government and the PDK are just puppets in the hands of Turkish Occupation State, and that the lately concluded agreement arouses grave fears that should be taken seriously.

From his part, Hayal al-Khweir, co-chair of the Tal Hamis Council said that it is only the Shengali people that determines it's future, neither the Iraqi Federal Government nor Kurdistan Democratic Party, that both let down the people in Shengal after ISIS invasion where horrendous and barbaric crimes were committed.
