According to the French source, "these parties are exploiting religion to obtain sympathy from the Turkish community in France and Europe, a project that is supported by the ruling Turkish Justice and Development Party led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan."

He also revealed the names of religious institutions and civic associations funded by Ankara within French territory, some of which will be subject to monitoring, namely the Committee for the Organization of Muslim Turks in France (CCMTF), the official Turkish Islamic Organization in France (DITIB), the French Justice and Development Party, which was founded in 2015, the Alliance The Presidency of the Expatriate Turks and their Associations (YTB), the Franco-Turkish Federation, and the International Union of Democrats (UID) is directly linked to Erdogan and meets its officials constantly.
