Hasso: All women must stand up to attacks that affect women

The Co-chair of the Democratic Union Party in North and East Syria (PYD) Aisha Hasso said that Havrin and Zahra represent the olive tree (the symbol of peace) that has been watered by the thought of the leader Ocalan, and called on all women to stand up to the attacks that affect women.

Aisha Hasso's speech came during her participation in the activities of the fourth conference of the Kongra Star in Kobane, which began this morning, with the presence of 150 members from all civil institutions, political parties, independent personalities and guests from Girê Spi / Tal Abyad district.

At the beginning of her speech, the Co-chair of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), Aisha Hasso, recalled the martyrs of freedom, such as Havrin Khalaf, and said, “Havrin and Zahra are two olive trees are watered from the blood of the martyrs and from the thought of the leader Abdullah Ocalan.”

Aisha called on women to stand up to everyone who tries to break the woman’s will and show the spirit of peace, and to be supportive of each other in front of obstacles. He found her from the woman, and she began assassinating the solid leader and free woman who expresses the will of her people in forums, as this was contrary to the thought of the occupying power.

Hasso touched on the violations of the Turkish state against women in Turkey and the regions of north and east Syria, saying: "There are still thousands of women in Turkish state prisons to this day, as the occupation tries to exterminate the Kurds and women."

She concluded her speech by calling on the components of northern and eastern Syria and the women of the world to stand up to the systematic attacks on women.
