Hamid: Attack that launched was with approval KDP, Iraq State, US, Russia

Hamad said that Russia agreed to the attacks, so the defense minister and the foreign minister canceled their visit to Turkey, adding, "They did not want to be accused of agreeing to the attack, so they canceled the visit, there is a dirty deal between the Russians and the Turks, as they try to pass their plans on the peoples of the region, and the attack it came shortly after Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi took office, the Iraqi laws were violated, and these attacks were a harsh response to al-Kazemi as well.

Al-Kazemi seeks to secure the borders of Iraq, and he always believes that Turkish and Iranian interference is the main cause of the Iraqi crisis. In the regions of Rojava there are efforts to achieve national unity, except that the Kurdistan National Council went to south Kurdistan, it came in order to thwart the efforts of national unity, they are targeting the efforts of unity directly.

The Iraqi airspace is under American control, and these airspace has been opened to Turkish warplanes.

Hamad noted that the Iraqi state must accept that the Iraqi territories were bombed, and there must be a response against the occupation, and it must announce its rejection of these attacks.

Niyaz Hamid also indicated that the Turkish occupation was seeking to implement its plans in the region through ISIS, but that Guerilla fighters and the rest of the fighters failed these plans.

Hamad touched upon the positions of the media institutions in south Kurdistan regarding the Turkish attacks, and said, "The media organizations in south Kurdistan use the same discourse and language of the special war as the Turkish occupation, where they reported in the newscasts that the PKK sites were bombed, but what was bombed is a camp Rustem Judy, Şengal camp hospital, and civilian families.
