ISF continues its investigations in killing child not exceed 4 years

The Administrator of Internal Security Forces ISF in al-Raqqa city Fadi al-Hussein stressed that the ongoing investigations until the circumstances of the killing of the child Khalil Abdel-Razaq and the arrest of the culprits are revealed, while he appealed to the parents to monitor their children for their safety.

After the heinous crime that rocked the street in Raqqa with the killing of the child Khalil Abdul Razaq, whose age does not exceed 4 years on 27th May, the Organized Crime Office in al-Raqqa city continues to monitor, investigate and e the circumstances of the crime.

The forensic doctor who examined the victim’s body confirmed that he had been subjected to several blows with a sharp object, including in his right forearm and the heart stab that killed him. He denied at the time what had been reported by some media and social media about the theft of organs from the victim's body, stressing that the body was intact, but was exposed to rupture due to more than a week after the death.

Fadi al-Hussein indicated in his speech to Hawar news agency (ANHA) that this incident is the first of its kind in al-Raqqa since its liberation, affecting children and pledge by making every effort until the arrest of the culprits and transferring them to the judiciary to obtain their fair punishment.

Al-Hussein stressed on citizens to take all precautionary measures so that such an incident does not recur, calling on them to impose control on their children while they are playing outside the home and report any situation as soon as possible.
