Hawar news agency ANHA correspondent interviewed the families of political detainees in the Turkish state prisons, demanding the families to release their children as soon as possible, because the danger threatens their lives in those jails.

Citizen Fatima Diwîko, mother of the detainee Kemîran Bakr Rashid, who has been capturing since 27 years in Turkish jails, said that" My son now is captured in Polewa jails in Bakur Kurdistan, where brutal practices are being done there."

Kemîran's mother called for the release of all political prisoners, led by Abdullah Ocalan's Leader, and she said: " At first we demand our leader Abullah Ocalan and our children to be released, Turkey state issued a decision to release the prisoners with felonies, but at the same time it left all political prisoners in prisons, and this raises our concerns, where Turkish state wants deliberately to get rid them in Jails under pretext that Coived-19 has spread among them."

Fatima pointed out that the Turkish occupation's atrocities are still ongoing till now" and says" Several days ago, the Turkish state targeted politicians inside Batmanê prison, and another prison in Turkey, with smoke bombs after their protest and demanding their release, and then they transferred 400 of politicians to Diyarbakir prison. "

As for the citizen, Dîlber Seydo, mother of the detainee Mustafa Seydo, who was arrested 25 years ago in Tukatê prison in Turkey, she said: "This pandemic threatens the lives of our children inside Turkish prisons, so they should be released as soon as, the Turkish prisons contain thousands of politicians, their lives are threatened there."

She added" I spoke with my son Mustafa and he told me that in Turkey's prisons there is no prevention and measures to protect political prisoners from the Coronavirus, so I appeal to the human rights organization to do its humanitarian duty and put pressure on Turkey to release all political prisoners,"

On the other hand, Aytan Rasho, sister of political detainee Mohammad Rasho, who has been captured since 2017, said: "Before the spread of this pandemic, my nephew was going to prison and visiting my sibling and was reassuring about his health, but after the spread of this virus, Turkey prevented visits and until now we have not heard his news."
