Tel- Abyed refugees demand from humanitarian Orgs to provide health support  

Tel-Abyed camp was established by Tel-Abyed Canton Council on November 22 last year, includes about 532 families, or approximately 2,700 refugees, according to camp administration statistics, and they are residents of Tel-Abyed, who were displaced from their land due to the Turkish invasion of their areas.

Jassim al-Ibrahim, the displaced, said: “The camp needs health assistance, including detergents and sterilizers, to prevent bacterial and viral diseases, including Corona virus, which has become an epidemic in most countries of the world.”

Al-Ibrahim continues his speech by saying: "We in the camp are afraid of this virus, because it is fatal and rapidly spreading, especially we live in tents, so we cannot apply quarantine in it and this matter causes panic for the displaced, because there is no way to prevent it, in light of our lack of continuous sterilization of the hands and the wearing of masks. "

As for the displaced Maha Wass al-Ali, she said: “About a month ago, we did not receive any cleaning materials, and humanitarian organizations ignore our demands, especially in times of epidemics. We do not have any capabilities to purchase these items from the market, and our daily lives are limited to what the camp management and AA provide food aid, but management does not have the capacity to provide health supplies. "

In a related context, the co-chair of the camp of the displaced people, Tel-Abyed, Ali Nada, said, "We appeal to the humanitarian organizations to extend assistance to the displaced people in the camp, because they urgently need cleaning and sterilization materials to prevent the outbreak of the new Corona virus that has swept most of the world."
