The Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) described the Kurdish National Council's announcement to reopen its offices in Rojava as an important step in the framework of confidence-building steps.

This came during a tweet posted by the commander-in-chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces on his official website on Twitter, in which he said: “The brotherhood decision of ENKS to reopen their offices is an important step in the framework of confidence building steps.”

He added: “We bless this step and reaffirm our commitment to make all efforts to bring the points of view together and unify the Kurdish rank in a way that is commensurate with the responsibilities of all parties and contribute effectively to finding a just solution to the Kurdish issue in Syria.”

It is noteworthy that Mazloum Abdi had announced the launch of an initiative to unify the Kurdish rank and bring the points of view closer among the Kurdish forces and parties which were widely accepted in the Kurdish circles.
