For the second time, members of the Internal Security Forces' checkpoints in the Ain Issa district managed to arrest a person who smuggled gasoline into the areas occupied by the Turkish state and its mercenaries, via the international road.

The smuggler was carrying thirty barrels of gasoline in a tank hidden under the freight car. He hid the tank by placing the plank of wood on the top.

The smuggler was coming from the city of Hasaka, walking the road of Raqqa, to cross it to the occupied "Sharkrak" village, north of Ain Issa, to sell it to the merchants there.

On this smuggling operation, the administrator of the checkpoint security office in Ain Issa and Walat Bozan said that smuggling fuel to areas under the control of the Turkish occupation and mercenaries is a legal violation, according to which the material is confiscated and offenders are punished. The functions of the checkpoint security office are to prevent the smuggling of fuel to the occupied areas.

Bozan explained that this is the second fuel smuggling operation that is exposed and foiled by the security forces of the checkpoints, and the violators were arrested according to the law.

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, through traders and smugglers, are smuggling gasoline and diesel in the areas of the Autonomous Administration to the occupied areas, which have been suffering from a shortage of fuel and basic services since their occupation.
