More than 300,000 residents fled of Gire Spi/Tal Abyad and Seri Kania areas after the Turkish occupation  and its mercenaries attack on northern and eastern of Syria.

The Autonomous Administration established Washu kani camp in Al-Toina town, 12 km west of Hasakeh province center, to house the displaced from Seri Kania area.

The camp is going through difficult humanitarian and relief conditions, with winter and heavy rains, and the displacement is even more severe with the absence of the role of organizations in the camp, where aid is limited to what Autonomous Administration and the Kurdish Red Crescent provide.

Hawar correspondents visited the camp and monitored the suffering of children in the harsh winter conditions and rainfall, amid complete disregard of the humanitarian organizations and the international community.
