The Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces issued on Monday a statement to the public opinion about the outcome of the hostilities of the 27th, 28th, 29th days of December.

It has been mentioned that the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries’ bombardment on the areas of Ain Issa resulted in martyring two fighters in the ranks of the Syrian Democratic Forces, while at least five members of the mercenaries and Turkish elements were killed in a response of the Syrian regime to the occupation’s attack.

Ain Issa

The terrorist factions backed by the Turkish army attacked with artillery shells the villages of Khalidiya and Hoshan of Ain Issa town. The lines of the Syrian army and civilian residential areas in Kobrak and Arida villages, the grain silos in Qezali, Fatisa, Bir Issa, and Bir Temih villages were also exposed to an artillery attack supported by Turkish drones.

Moreover, the intense bombing resulted in displacing civilians, and inflicting great financial losses to the civilians’ properties and homes. On the other hand, the Syrian army responded to the sources of fire, killing and wounding dozens of mercenaries.
