It was terrible massacre committed against unarmed civilians.
300,000 civilians have been forced to flee from their homes in NE, Syria due to barbaric attacks of the Turkish occupation to face harsh living conditions that are alleviated only by the hope of returning home.

A large number of the displaced left occupied areas to settle in the city of al-Hasakah, while another section went to the northern countryside of al-Raqqa, and part of them settled in Manbij.
The Turkish occupation of Serêkaniyê and Tal Abyad regions resulted in the displacement of hundreds of thousands, about 60,000 of whom were from the occupied Tel Abyad district, according to the co-chair of Tel-Abyed district, Hamdan al-Abed.
Abd al-Khadir Othman, as a result of the Turkish attack, was abandoned from Bir Arab village of the occupied city of Tel Abyad, and he is the father of a family of nine children.
Families escape from the barbarity of the Turkish attack
"When the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries bombed our villages and populated areas, we left our homes forcibly and escaped the oppression and injustice of the National Army and Turkish occupation army who targeted us from all sides," said Othman (60 years).
Mercenaries kill civilians
Othman says of mercenary practices: "They seized all our properties, looted, robbed, burned, and killed civilians in their homes, and made many of them homeless, with the aim of changing the demographics of the area."
During the Turkish attack that began on 9 October, hundreds of civilians were killed and hundreds of others injured during indiscriminate bombing operations carried out by the Turkish occupation army.
Brutal bombing kills civilians
Othman, who was a witness to the brutality of the Turkish attack, narrated the details of a massacre committed by the occupation army by saying: “The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have committed numerous massacres in our villages and cities, where the Turkish occupation bombed our neighbor’s house by warplanes, and after that some of its members rose to the level of martyrdom, and some of them had their limbs amputated.” He continued: "It was a terrible massacre committed against unarmed civilians, and this massacre was committed in front the eyes of the entire world."
The brutal shelling of the occupation army forced Othman and his family to leave the village on October 10, one day after the attack began, and the family headed to the town of Jalibah, near Kobani, and then settled in the city of Manbij, as there were relatives of the family there.
Resistance is the only option
The Othman family resides in a house whose monthly rent is thirty thousand Syrian pounds. Othman describes the situation saying: "The situation is more tragic than the description, where we left behind our homes and land, and we became refugees in other cities."
Despite all the hardships, the displaced hold onto the option of the resistance, and Othman says: "The fate of the occupier is demise, and we have no choice but to resist in the face of the brutal Turkish occupation state, who aspires to restore the glories of his Ottoman empire in the region."
