Confidence Granted to administrators, several decisions taken at PYD conference in Kobani

The participants in the third conference of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) concluded the conference following the ratification of a number of resolutions that resulted from suggestions made by the party members participating in the conference.

The conference, which was held in Kobani city north of Syria under the slogan "With the will and organization, we will liberate Afrin and build a democratic decentralized Syria," more than 600 party delegates attended.

At the beginning of the conference, Aisha Hasso, the co-chair of the Democratic Union Party (PYD), stressed the necessity of organizing thought and organization to get out of the current stage. On the eighth anniversary of the Syrian revolution, Aisha condemned the Syrian opposition that worked with Turkey to destroy Syria and displace millions of Syrians.

The conference received congratulatory messages from a number of political parties and civic institutions in the canton.

After reading the organizational and political reports of the party, the members of the party approved a number of decisions and objectives, which included:

Expanding societal diplomatic relations with democratic movements, people and personalities.

Developing the members' administrative and organizational capacity and focusing on the ideological and intellectual aspects.

Support and backing military forces in general.

Support the Resistance of the Age in Afrin by various means to liberate Afrin from the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.

Working to organize women within the party activities.

Women are subjected to political, intellectual and organizational training.

Holding intellectual and human rights seminars for women.

Working to communicate with all women and build an opinion on women's rights.

On the other hand, participants were given confidence to the 12 administrative members of the party in the canton, namely the Bureau of Relations, Women's Bureau, Youth Office, Finance and Media to serve as party administrators without any change in administrative structure before the conference.
