Women of liberated areas proved themselves  within institutions

Since the liberation of the cities of al-Raqqa, al-Tabqa and Deir ez-Zor, the women's administration in these areas has sought to promote the situation of women who have been subjected to the worst forms of injustice by mercenaries.

The Women's Administration started the establishment of councils and communes, opened military academies, and provided employment opportunities for all women who hold certificates, and those who do not have certificates in society.

From repression to leadership

Women have proved themselves in all areas of social and political life, civil and military institutions, where 20 women's councils were opened in al-Raqqa and its villages. Women have been organized within these councils and 256 communes have been formed. Women work in the Administration of Women and are working to free all women from the injustices which were practiced by patriarchy.

50 % of those working in institutions are women

There are 4725 women working in the educational institutions and the council of the civil and military institutions, including the Education Committee which includes 2725 teachers in al-Raqqa and its villages. Women will not forget the practices of mercenaries, which prevent them from learning.

The women in al-Tabqa since the liberation of the city has worked to consolidate themselves in all institutions so that 3 departments for women were opened.

In this regard the member of Women Administration, Zalikha Abdi said, "Four years ago, the woman in al-Raqqa was oppressed and the worst injustice was practiced against the women, but after the liberation of the city by the Syrian Democratic Forces, the women of al-Raqqa got rid of slavery and established their work in all spheres of life and within civil and military institutions.

At the end of her speech, Zalikha Abdi congratulated all the women on the occasion of the International Women Day on the fronts who are fighting against terrorism.
