MLKP / Rojava: We to liberate Afrin

By the first anniversary of the start of the Turkish aggression on Afrin, the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party (MLKP) in Rojava issued a statement in which it said: "We will liberate Afrin, which was watered by the blood of the martyrs."

The statement said:

"The decision of Erdogan and the Turkish occupation committed violations and massacres against the people of Afrin from torture, rape, kidnapping of children and women and demanding ransom, and looting of houses and workplaces, torture of Afrin ,kidnapped youth, forcing the people of Afrin to leave their homes. They attacked our people and our values ​​brutally and changed the demographic of the city.

By insisting on resistance and the guerilla spirit of our martyrs, our resistance will defeat the occupation.

Today we are walking on the path of our martyrs as they inspire us. By insisting on holding accountable the occupiers, we are fighting on the fronts of Rojava and northern Syria, which are under Turkish threats to defend our honor and to fulfill the wishes of our people. And we will liberate Afrin, which was watered by the blood of the martyrs. "
